Yoke Remote for DIRECTV App Reviews

I always loose the remote so its great to have a good working app always in my hands!

Description never stated this was needed. That it scans and connects automatically. Want my money back.

This app could garner 6 stars if they could add a volume control and allow more than 20 favorites. They do reply to customer support inquiries quickly so that is a big plus. Having something like a ‘One button’ search field would sure be convenient as opposed to navigating thru all the menus… This App is definitely a winner and I heartily recommend it to anyone using Direct TV.

The app does not load favorites unless you set options on the main receiver as described in tutorial. That was my BIG mistake and source of frustration. Yoke support contacted quickly after I posted crappy review. After email exchange and a picture of what I saw things work great. More importantly, the app has great support!

How do I set it up with out pressing find receiver??

This is much easier and quicker to use than the directv remote. Just make sure to follow the instructions and dont just assume you already have everything set up correctly (like I did). But if you do, youll get great support. I definitely recommend this app.

I dont typically write reviews for apps, but this is one of the best Ive ever used. I have 3 TVs in one room for football and have always struggled to switch channels on one without changing the others. This makes it simple, and switches between all three seamlessly. Great work!

I downloaded this app because of the favorites feature. I use it to swap quickly between college football games on Saturdays or any multiple sporting events going on. At first I couldnt get it work, but with awesome support from Yoke I was up and running in minutes.

I want my money back. Its a misleading description. It cant connect to my Directv receiver.

Why pay for a remote for direct tv when their app already offers a free one on it. Secondly this app never worked from the get go.

Does not work. Dont waste your money just look for your remote

Love this app!! My youngest grandson loves it as well. He becomes quite giddy when I let him sneak in and take control of moms tv!! Thanks for the app and the grand kid entertainment as well

This worked perfectly for me - love it! Great instant replacement for our bedroom genie after our real remote accidentally took a spin through the washing machine.

It doesnt pick up all set top boxes. Very disappointed!!
